The District Chief Executive (DCE) of West Gonja District together with the district engineer has visited the Ngbaripe community where indigenes finds it difficult accessing roads due to it deplorable state, especially after heavy downpour.
The inspection was to enable officials of the assembly have firsthand information about current situation and deploy measures to help address the issue.
Briefing the Press after the visit, the DCE noted that assessment and feasibility studies were undertaken by engineers of the assembly, adding that a new walkways and culvert will soon be constructed to help address the challenges in the area.
Meanwhile a temporal walkway has been constructed awaiting the actual construction which will soon take place.
