The Assembly Member for Hangaline, Ngbaripe-Alhassankura in the West Gonja Municipality, Hon. Gorden Kumatey, also known as DJ Frenzy, has taken a significant step in supporting youth development in his electoral area by donating footballs to local teams and children’s groups.
Hon. Kumatey generously provided footballs to two local football teams and various children’s groups, including children from Amadukura (Sagiss). During the presentation, he emphasized that this initiative is intended to nurture young talents within the community. “Providing these teams and children’s groups with footballs is a small yet crucial step towards promoting sports and teamwork among our youth,” he said.
He also encouraged the recipients to take their football careers seriously, aspiring to become valuable members of society.
The beneficiaries expressed their heartfelt gratitude, noting that such support is essential for their development. Leaders of the beneficiary teams mentioned that Hon. Kumatey’s donation will not only improve their training sessions but also boost their morale.
